Brennan reported to Obama well before Obama became President. Perhaps there are individuals that both of them report to (Valerie Jarrett comes to mind), but this somehow rarely gets enough mention. It’s a conspiracy, and Obama, Brennan and Jarrett are all active conspirators.
Agreed, ValJar has more talent than the other two combined.
My gut tells me there is a layer of evil telling them what to do. Could also be a Matrix Organization with all players sharing in the gains from crime and corruption
