The latest news reports are saying different groups of girls started the fight and Falco was trying to break it up. One of the girls left to “get her man” and he sprayed the group with bullets. Parents, use this incident to instruct your sons: when you see two groups of ferals fighting, DO NOT intervene. Just leave the area.
