Won’t save Illinois. The state is bankrupt, they haven’t got a pot to piss in, so instead of addressing the utter and unnecessary mess they’ve made, they chase off whatever remaining industry they have.
They’re not stupid, they’re craven and immoral. They cling to power at public expense.
