They got that Lucy Flores on CNN State of the Union. She’s mentions the many videos out and about with Biden fondling young girls or females. She wonders why nobody ever told him that such behavior is not a good thing.
I wonder the same thing too.
And it’s why Biden is going down. No way with a plethora of videos all over the Internet with this guy rubbing little girls’ heads, and very creepy let’s admit it.
I don’t think the world had any solid idea such weird, weird weird behavior looked so creepy when copied and pasted and can be watched with more time and attention.

Exactly. There was no plan at the beginning, just bits and pieces that turned into a plan later. In early 2016 we had foreign "friendly" intel-connected players like Mifsud doing their thing. Also Downer who probably came up with his Papadop sting entirely on his own since he wanted to protect his $25,000,000 investment in the Clintons and was the head of Aussie intel at one point.
By the summer of 2016 the mini-me deep staters at the FBI like Strzok were involved and the plan got percolated up to Obama for approval. It was all "By The Book" as they said in the Jan 2017 self-email. There is almost no doubt they fed some BS to the higher ups including Obama to make it sound like Russia was taking over the election.
To assume Obama concocted this from the beginning is to deny the existence of the deep state. At most Obama was a rubber stamp. On the low end, they just ignored him completely.

Obama wanted to make sure the roots of the Russia collusion insurance policy were not found out.
