They should write into the legislation of the bill that Government will never have the right to demand or invade the funds of 401/k holders for any reason beyond the taxing rules. Thieving socialists would love to invade these funds in the future.

Encourage offering annuities...insurance companies are behind that one. Expensive, company makes a shitload (so do I when we sell one). IRA’s can ALWAYS be annuitized regardless of the internal investment...there is NO NEED to encourage investment in annuities.
