I don’t know about that. There might well be some, but electors are chosen by the parties as a reward for a lifetime of dedication to the party. But you bring up an interesting point. The ballot usually states something like “electors favoring (or pledged to vote for) Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton” Will “compact state” voters still see that wording? Or will it be something like “vote for whom you like but the state legislature will appoint electors pledged to vote for the winner of the national popular vote”.
But Felonia had more ‘Faithless Electors’ than Trump had in spite of the pleas from Hollywood to vote for anyone but the bad Orange Man.
