Maybe not. The Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association just savaged Foxx today. She’s in real trouble for violating several Illinois laws as well as the Canons of Ethics. She’ll be lucky if she avoids prosecution and disbarment.
My bet is she resigns sometime in the next couple of weeks.
