Our political/legal landscape right now is dominated by the natural extension of this silly, meaningless crap. Juicy Smellitt defined "his own concept of existence" as one where he was the victim of a racially-motivated bias attack. Whether it really happened or not was of no consequence at all -- either to himself, to his supporters, or (apparently) to the U.S. Supreme Court.
I can see this whole nation and its entire social order unraveling very, very quickly.
