The good news is that the "judge" who struck down Medicaid work rules in Arkansas and Kentucky may have p*ssed all over his own shoes with that decision:

This ruling comes as the legislature is again considering whether to maintain funding for Medicaid expansion. The state senate approved the needed funding on Wednesday, before the ruling was issued; now the funding bill heads to the house, where it needs a three-quarter majority to pass.
If state lawmakers decide to roll back the expansion, the shock to the states healthcare delivery system will be enormous...

If the Arkansas House refuses to fund the expansion again, the Federal judge will just over-rule their vote and require the state of Arkansas to fund it.
