Notice that Rand Paul was the fourth Republican Senator to block the release until Democrats agree to terms.

This is the single greatest takeaway in Paul's amendment. You put Brennan and Clapper under oath about the known fake dossier being used in the FISA request and they will sing and point the finger at Obama. They have hinted that Obama was involved in public interviews. They are not going to prison to protect that jester...they will bring him down with them.
