We tried that and a couple of Democrat governors yanked their NG units back. So it would appear that DJT needs to nationalize their units if he wants to utilize them. That gets a little tricky considering the opposition to his border policies and “state of emergency” declaration.

Berger, a Tulane University graduate, commissioned in 1981 as an infantry officer. He also holds a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University.
