They love her. They didn’t have a clue that someone could give them a voice.
I’ve always wondered what the real reason was that blacks left the Republican party. After the Civil War, and once they got the vote, most black men were members of the Republican Party, and ran for office as Republicans. But, I read at some point that blacks got disillusioned, and felt that the party had taken them for granted, and passed them by. Then women got the vote. Must be the Dems had a better message, and promised more things. I see a lot of parallels in what happened in the past with their changing parties, with what is happening today.
