Agree. There's a lot more going on here than "We're giving away our capabilities" is sufficient to hide. We do have to be a little careful, though - it seems apparent that perfectly innocent people have been surveilled under fraudulent circumstances and it really wouldn't do to have their entire lives spread out under a magnifying glass for the world to see. I'd settle for who was surveilled, under what pretext, and who signed for it. Especially who signed for it.
