Venezuela is not anywhere near from US. And Pentagon parades armor in Estonia down to a Russian border crossing and back once in a while.
And Pence asks Merkel to send German warships to the Kerch straight although she still has sense to refuse.
Just a point of objective fact.
When nations such as Ukraine and Estonia request US help, by definition, you are not meddling in their countries.
