A 42-year-old Iraqi father allegedly attempted two attacks on Germany's high-speed train lines. Police were reportedly able to track him down through vital clues he left at the scene.

He has been a refugee of Austria for 20 years - living in Vienna. This particular instance isn’t an Angela thing.
So he’s not a “terrorist”, he’s a “father”. Wouldn’t that make him a “Terrorist father”?
If Germany were a truly civilized country that criminal would have already been publicly hanged.
