While I can’t speak for this guy specifically, it is a safe bet that just about everyone who’s 66 years old and still has Jr. after his name is gay...otherwise they would have grown up and removed it.

...it is a safe bet that just about everyone who’s 66 years old and still has Jr. after his name... As long as my father is alive, I will always officially be "Jr.". Age does not play a role. After that, it might be kept out of respect.
