I put up a Road Rage Bully beating up my 13 yr old G. Nephew on Youtube, they said it didn’t meet Community standards and pulled it after 24 hrs. Gavin has the worst form of Duchenes MD, he is a Special Needs student as he has little control over his tongue muscles. And is slowly losing the use of his muscles. The Adult Neurologist won’t treat him, won’t give him Disability until he can’t raise his arms over his head, or the Protections of being a Disabled Student would get. As he is Early onset his life span is 20-35. First his muscles, then his organs shut down.
The bus driver did Nothing to stop the Bully who was twice Gavin’s size. All Gavin could do was try to protect his face, still got a black eye. principal gave the bully 3 days in school suspension. FB pulled the Video too same reason his mom and I put up, his mom who is suffering from multiple health issues and walks with a brace from 2 botched knee surgeries, was suffering from a severe Concussion and couldn’t drive or barely sit up. She finally got someone to take her to the Police station to file assault charges, all the Bully got out of it was 5 days out of school suspension. He’s back in school and on the bus. NO justice
