I don’t see how, constitutionally, a government entity can discriminate against a business due to a religious or moral belief.
I hope the ADF or similar challenges. I believe they’d win handily.
Chick-Fil-A should file a lawsuit against the city. There is NO evidence it discriminates based on sexual orientation but the city council just discriminated against Chick-Fil-A based on the religious beliefs of its founder and CEO.
So the city discriminated based on religion. I thought that was illegal.

For consistency’s sake, will San Antonio also tear down the Alamo since those that fought there were anti-LGBTQ behavior as well?
