The guy was a backstabbing selfish arrogant POS....but being a Vietnam POW wasn’t a walk in the park....he gave up five years of his life for this country..
You are not a war hero for being a POW, rather for the attempts to escape.
He gave the NV plenty of propaganda to use against us.
