Virtual Private Network.
Basically an encrypted connection to another server, in another country, that makes new network connections (e.g. web page requests) on behalf of you.
This technology is used by corporations so that employees can access internal corp data from across the internet.
There are third party VPN services anyone can use and they can’t stop you from doing it.
