“Some of your comments have been reported as spam”???? - really - which comments, reported by whom, what “spam”???? - take them to court and make them specify, or sue.......
It's how the Left silences those they don't agree with. Just have a bunch of people pile on reporting a posting as "spam" or "abuse", and Facebook's automated algorithms will block the user.
Of course, abuse of the process could be fixed fairly easily: just have a reasonable human review at least a random sampling of the complaints, and if the complainers are falsely reporting, have THEIR ability to report spam and abuse "shadow banned". But that assumes that Facebook wants to. This way, they get conservatives banned and can claim clean hands.
Part of the issue is that Facebook knows that Leftists would desert the platform if they couldn't shut down opinions they oppose.
