The magic word is “concerned” but what we see from around the country, we don’t have enough parents who are “concerned.” Are they all too busy earning a living? Are both parents working? Are there TWO PARENTS? Even more important are two salaries necessary or can some things be given up for the sake of the children? I didn’t go back to work until my daughter entered Jr. High or as I guess it’s known today as middle school! We did without a lot including health insurance as my husband was self employed but we made it through.
Used to live in OC where Santa Ana is and it’s definitely different - not somewhere you would want to live and probably not a chance these kids can go anywhere else to school but hey - let’s keep letting more of them into the country.
