Yes he is. I started watching his U-Tube channel when the original emergency chute failure happened and he had the most precise non hysterical reporting. Other U-Tube posters had the the most ridiculous rumor mongering reports(some claimed DWR was mining gold under the dam and others had the dam collapsing within the hour but the government wan't going to tell the residents for fear of causing a panic)

Juan's background as a airline pilot and his persistence in doing his research allows his videos to be more grounded and less sensational than other U-Tubers.

He does a lot of videos involving California. He did an excellent report on the wildfires last year. I highly recommend joining his channel if you want real reporting on all things California.
