It is no business of the government if my wife and I want to engage in sodomy(which in most states was defined as anal or oral sex) in the privacy of our own home. You might as well convert to Islam, I think you’d love sharia law.
I don’t see why a B and B should be forced to host lez couples. They should be able to refuse to be in a business that profits from homosexual activity. That’s not how they want to earn a living.

Sixty years ago — and I’m old enough to remember — rights guaranteed to Americans under the Constitution were protected, and we were a freer and better country because of it. Freedom of religion and speech, as well as the right to life and to keep and bear arms were accommodated, not under constant attack as they are today. Cohabitation and sodomy laws were on the books primarily to protect women & children and to guard against the corroding influences of prostitution, homosexuality, lesbianism, and pedophilia. The creature comforts and fingertip technologies were not as ubiquitous as today, but it was a good, modern life for most, with intact, God-fearing families and lower rates of crime. I’m not aware of any married couple being prosecuted for private, consensual sexual behavior, although it may have occurred in isolated instances. In any case, I’m a conservative in most matters, not a libertarian, and I do say America was more virtuous overall in 1959 than it is in 2019.

Until 1963....the entire US had laws prohibiting same sex intercourse. It was during the long slow gradual social decay thru 2003 that such laws disappeared. In fact a flip flop SCOTUS was the last gasp for morality.

Morality laws were so because the Declaration of Independence, the cornerstone and only source of legitimacy for the Federal or any level of government declared us a protestant Christian nation under he laws of Nature and Nature’s God. Deviant sexuality is abhorrent to Nature as it does not replenish the species....and to Nature’s God as detailed in numerous locations of His revealed Laws in Scripture.
The stripping of these morality laws and the conjuring of “no fault divorce” along with the conditioning of the general public to accept it all has driven the collapse of the family unit and with it most of our societal ills.

So, if making people keep their pants zipped outside of marriage and discourage acts inside marriage whose primary purpose is other than procreation of healthy, happy children can reverse these civilization ending trends...then do it as it was done before.

The government already regulates all our interactions...regardless of the scale. They determine the food and medicine and clothing and water. They decide who your neighbors will be and the gender of your coworkers and whether your free not to associate. They decide how you raise your kids and what you watch on tv. They’ve even removed marriage from its biological and religious function. You’re put off by them being in the bedroom? The house is burning all around you.
