Applying "universal values" like "Peace" and "Respect" to all nations is naive, stupid and dangerous.
Leftists of all stripes (like this turd) seem to think that if we treat people the way we want to be treated, that they will reciprocate and treat us the same way.
Nothing could be further from the truth, and is one of the foundational elements of Leftism that is so dangerously wrong that it borders on suicidal.
Leftists believe that if you combat PID (Poverty, Ignorance, and Disease) that the ship will be self righting and stable, and that people who might be bad will become good, and that everyone will get along.
They believe that there are no bad people, only things like Poverty, Ignorance, and Disease that made them bad.
Believing this is a repudiation of human nature, dangerous and suidical.
One of the things that has made the United States such a successful experiment is the knowledge of this aspect of human nature by our founders and the framers of the Constitution, who designed our government in such a way as to take this unsavory aspect of human behavior into account instead of thinking is is an abnormal condition caused by the environment that people live in.
From what I have seen of her religion, "universal values" that result in Peace, Respect, and Harmony just happen to be in the Koran as a basic tenet of Islam, but that only happens when everyone lives under "Dar al-Islam" or "The House of Peace".
That sounds great and wonderful, until you realize that that only happens in three ways: Everyone converts to Islam, those that don't convert to Islam are subjugated to a lesser status highlighted by loss of opportunity and the mandatory payment of a dhimmi tax, or are outright destroyed.
I couldn't give a crap if Leftists want to believe this crap from someone like her, if it only affected them.
But it doesn't, and the Leftists want to subjugate conservatives in much the same way that Islamists want to subjugate and destroy "unbelievers": We must become part of their hive mentality, become lesser citizens, or be destroyed.
Many on the Left don't realize two things: First, that the core of this religion "universal values" this woman observes is very similar to the Left's own war against conservatives or other political apostates or unbelievers, and Second, that when the time comes, those very Leftists who fought against their countrymen to incorporate these same values, will in turn, have those "universal values" turned against them by the very people they regard as allies.

There's your peace and respect from their point of view.
If you don't submit - no peace.
If you go to war with them - no respect.
Pay your slave tax (jizya: deal with them justly) - respect due, not guaranteed
