I have seen photos/videos of police basically, guarding Blac Bloc breaking windows, and looting. I even saw one where a Policeman threw cement through a cafe window.

I have heard that but paying the Blac Bloc or anyone else to join the protests would be a dicey strategy in that increasing the numbers of protestors might work in the favor of the Yellow Vests instead of serving to delegitimize them.
