In the NFL, if a coach doesn’t like a call, he can throw a red flag. Then there is an investigation.
The GOP has a red flag as well. They can throw it, and call for an investigation of voter fraud. But will they? Nope. They’d rather meet at the country club for drinks and a round of golf.
In 20 years - maybe less - the GOP will be an inconsequential regional party. Something like the old Whig party. And the few GOP senators who are left will wonder what happened.
