You should be careful, Alexandria. Because there is a kind side to godly, Biblically-based prayer, and there is a side of such prayer in which people are encouraged by Scripture to resort to, rather than become vengeful.

Psalms 58 and 59 invite readers to turn their enemies over to God and step out of the relationship. In that way, I, for example, no longer have to deal with you or your issues. I step away from your declared enmity with me, and I let God handle the matter.

Time and again, I have seen God take down my enemies, and I did not have anything, at any time, to do with such takings down. All I did was pray, describe the matter though God already knew what was going on, and say to God that the matter was out of my hands. God took over and solved the matter without any knowledge or assistance from me.

So if you want to declare you're my enemy, Alexandria, then I tell you I will not get involved in the matter. I will let God handle it.
