HahahaHarris probably doesn’t know that at one point the military had a standing rule that supervisors or middle management or upper management were to never be alone in a room with the opposite sex without a door open or a third party present. This was to avoid any possible incident or rumors of impropriety interaction with the opposite sex. There were plenty of people who thought that was stupid and at times there were charges brought up against them. With no defense because they didn’t have the door open or they didn’t have a third party present.
I might also add that in doctors and dental offices you are routinely asked if you would like to have a person of your sex present during an examination or procedure.
My personal care manager is a woman and whenever she’s examining me there has always been a male nurse in the room as a matter of her protocol.
Our son-in-law supervises between 60 and 80 people depending on the time of year, many are women.
He will not meet with a female worker in his office without his female aide being present, no exceptions and no problems over the years.
