We're in a bad place here.
Two groups deserve blame: 1. Paul Ryan and other congressional (R) "leadership" who could have gotten this done in the last 2 years and 2. The people from the states who keep electing these RINO's.
The worst part is that this cluster F could be even more dire. Image if the (D)'s took the senate in 2018 as well? Trump not getting (what little of) his judicial nominee's confirmed for starters, then no doubt Pelosi would proceed with impeachment as of now because they would have the confidence that the senate would convict, they would have their victory in removing Trump from office.
Have to primary these people with strong enough candidates that they can beat the dem opponent in the general.
This was always going to be an uphill battle with one arm tied behind our backs.
I think the problem is, what Paul Ryan told President Trump was correct, the Senate would have NEVER given him border wall funding..in Congress, yes it would have passed, but NOT in the Senate..too many of them support open borders, its sad but its just fact
“Trump not getting (what little of) his judicial nominee’s confirmed for starters...”
Uhh, No President in our history has had as many judges confirmed in this short a period of time as Trump.
