I agree that Red Light laws violate the Constitution, but the headline is not validated by the article.
There is nothing in the article showing that any Republicans favor a nationwide Red Light law. It only says that Sen. Graham is holding hearings on it, and doesn’t mention any other Republicans. It doesn’t even say whether Graham supports such a law.

This is not the only news article on this subject. Marco Rubio has submitted a red-flag bill in the Senate and President Trump has even gone so far as to say that he supports taking the guns first and going through due process second.
