Instead of investing in ideas that might create real wealth, rich people hired accountants to study the tax code.

So if you rewrite the tax code to put all the breaks into pie-in-the-sky green sustainable perpetual motion machines, that is where the rich will put their money. Hello, Green New Deal.

My own take on this is a moral one.....when one’s total tax exceeds 49% you have made that individual a slave to the state. Not sure how you would handle that, what with federal, state and local taxes and the bazillion various fees government charges.

The Founding Fathers--to whom we owe so much--considered a fair tax to be one that applied an even amount per capita--no penalty, whatsoever, for being successful!

IMO, no. If you assume that an income tax rate of 100% is slavery (or 49% if you like), then ANY lesser percentage is merely a matter of degree.

There is a percentage of Americans that don’t pay taxes at all, there is your fair share! illegals filing and getting returns and this year the Trump tax cuts have cost me 4 grand. Don’t talk to me about fair share, this is a rat socialist talking point against capitolism

A fair share of taxation should be based on the actual calculated costs of all state and federal public resources you consume, not income. Zero-base budgeting. Everyone travels on roads, contacts govt. reps, etc.

That’s a terrible formula.
We need to encourage families which by their nature use more stuff until the children are raised.

I have never seen anything like this phenomena.... this young socialist with a head full of nothing good!!!! She has the media by the tail... they follow her and use every word. She’s dumb as a rock... and they love it..

Then we have President Trump who is making decisions for our nation.. he’s pretty smart and on top of it.... and they hate him.

Is it because they are also that dumb... and souless and empty headed ... and don’t care if our country is destroyed...is it because they can’t tell good from bad... is it because they are too lazy to do any reporting and she gives them enough to print every day without having to spend time working.

She isn’t pretty...Melania is prettier... she has enthusiasm... so does Trump.. and what she says is absolute hog wash... they are following her as if she is the next head of all.... she said she is the boss... and they believe her?
