To be fair to pretty boy there hasn’t really been a death penalty in cali for years. Tookie was one of the last about a decade ago. From then the death penalty has just been a more expensive life sentence with better accommodations. Cucksom is just making it official.
I think it’s 13 years or so after the last prisoner was executed. Pretty much a moot point I guess.
