Recently, Congressman Vern Buchanan (R-FL) stood with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to support his EL CHAPO Act, which would use funds confiscated from the infamous drug lord and use it to fund President Donald Trumps border wall.
Now the congressman plans to pass a bill of his own to go after notorious gang members like MS-13.
We cant allow vicious gangs like MS-13 to enter or live in the United States, Buchanan said in a statement. My bill would help ensure these criminals dont slip through the cracks and threaten the lives of law enforcement and ordinary citizens.
The Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act seeks to deport people legally admitted into the United States who are or were members of any gang known to commit acts of violence or drug felonies. Current law prevents immigrants from being deported or denied access because they were associated with a gang.
Sorry, forgot to add that this was published yesterday, 11 March 2019.
GOOD!!!!!
It’s a start.
We are not even deporting people we have final deportation orders for.
This is a good correction of law, but we still are not enforcing the ones we have.
No Democrat will vote for this.
Only six voted to disapprove of illegal alien voting in our elections.
What good would it do? They will be back next week.
Can we have a bounty on them already? Problem would go away rather quickly.
I thought it was already illegal for MS-13 gang bangers, to enter the country?
This is to address those who are already here legally.
You mean illegally entering the country is illegal?
Some day we might find out how many Democrats are receiving payoffs from M-13 and other gangs. If the FBI were doing their job we would know already.
To us sane people, it is illegal, but to the democ RATS, its perfectly normal.
