Not being a pilot or having intimate info on the plane then I cannot comment on all of the specifics of the information that you have given. But I can say that your conclusions are obviously wrong. Since it has been reported that the official cause of the first crash was an air speed sensor(Reading zero Airspeed) that caused the computer to dive the plane into the ground in an attempt to recover from what was perceived to be a stall. So you cannot even say that the computer does not have enough control to cause that.

Sorry but there is only a preliminary report out from the NTSC on the Lion Air crash, and it does not give a cause.

There is currently no official cause of that crash.
