Indiana is apparently lost. It’s a shame, because it used to be a reliable heartland bulwark.
So it was a rogue (and probably Democrat) BMV agent that added it outside of the law.
Right now the big thing here is a “hate crimes” law that is being pushed by the gaystappo. Does the madness ever end?

That really should be a ? rather than a X. Bunch of stupid morons who can’t tell the difference.
In the SF area, when a crime is committed, they simply say they are looking for “suspects” and provide no description of any sort Some times a witness in an interview may say male, but other than that we may assume nothing further.
I am thinking that the President could shut a lot of this down by creating an executive order that references the Real ID act and limits the acceptable gender to either male or female. Any XXX gender other than M/F would invalidate the id and it would not be acceptable for travel.
I wonder if these gender neutral folks have thought out the possible medical ramifications.
