They legalized such marriages in Massachusetts and then sent those new couples around to sue for recognition of a lawful status in one state on all other states. Gun advocates should proceed likewise by having folks in highly permissive states move into restrictive ones, like Massachusetts, and sue for recognition of their lawfully permitted status.
