Looks like a little bit of Roundup could have prevented that.
Yes....obviously the military given responsibility for the grid could have cared less.
Round-up doesn't apply itself. That weed infested tower reveals extreme poor maintenance. If they're not even bothering with weed control, they're also not bothering to maintain the generators, transformers, etc.
