Maduro regime is trying to use old tactics from the Soviet Union against Guaido—absurd, ridiculous allegations which they may try to follow up with a show trial. The Maduro regime got these tactics from the Cubans, who learned these ruthless tactics from the Soviets.

How could Guaido, who at this time only controls his Twitter account and his speeches, possibly sabotage the electrical system in Venezuela? There’s no possible way he could have done that. It sounds like the immediate cause of the blackout was a brush fire under some power lines from the hydro-power plant, which damaged equipment at the hydro plant. This initial breakdown at the hydro-power plant caused sub-stations and transformers to overload and break down when the incompetent people in the regime tried to start up back-up power plants in Caracas.
