Government coercion, laws, regulations, mandates, corporate training programs, penalties, subsidies, etc. are all ways in which human behavior is changed. No question about it.

The next step, Communism requires elimination of the opposition “behavior” by eliminating the individual however possible. This is the elitist view— superior overwhelming “correct” behavior is to be “forced” for “change” they want (but NO change in Them— oh, no not the Elite, the Self-Anointed).
We don’t doubt that behavior can be changed by the state. However, what Kamala Harris has in mind is pure evil.
