It may be fashionable to blast her here, but she is right. Society, laws, regulations, etc. have changed human behaviors. Some examples - smoking in workplaces, overt sexual harassment of women in workplaces (compare for example the 1970s to today), even simple things like wearing seatbelts and recycling are changes in human behavior compared to just 1-2 generations ago.

Government coercion, laws, regulations, mandates, corporate training programs, penalties, subsidies, etc. are all ways in which human behavior is changed. No question about it.

No, FRiend— it was governmental Socialist FORCE that “changed” people. It was force— which Socialism requires for “change”. The next step, Communism requires elimination of the opposition “behavior” by eliminating the individual however possible. See FBI informant reporting on the Weather Underground (seriously discussing the elimination of 25 million Americans-— this is a fact, in classic phase of the Communist revolt— eliminate those independent thinkers, owners of money and wealth they earned, those as Stalin called them “rich peasants”). This is the elitist view— superior overwhelming “correct” behavior is to be “forced” for “change” they want (but NO change in Them— oh, no not the Elite, the Self-Anointed).

We don’t doubt that behavior can be changed by the state. However, what Kamala Harris has in mind is pure evil.
