To all the reticent FReepers out there...read my tag line, and if it fits, cough up a few “respectability/responsibility” bucks....
Everyone claims to want to win and way too many refuse to actually do any substantive fighting....if they had been around during the “Big Wars”, the programs to minimize use/waste of certain resources, to make them available to those in the trenches, would have been a bust.
