But I am pretty sure that the enemy has a decades-long plan, which makes a mockery of a fight over a small amount of emergency funding. The President should have put troops on the border the day after his inauguration. He could have dealt with remittances. Why did he wait until year 3 of his Presidency to put his foot down?
If your children attended government schools or are currently attending, you are supporting the enemy factories which produce the voters opposed to ending illegal entry.

Again, predicate. Trump is not a monarch, but a President who won the office through a hostile takeover of the GOP. Had he sent the military to the border or issued Executive Orders on Day 1 he would have been neutered by Congress. He would have lost votes limiting his powers by 40 points in the Senate, by a veto proof margin in the House.
This 'should have' is useless, no worse than useless.
Think, think, think. You are not God, and Trump is not King. This is not a Kingdom, but a Republic. How hostile was the GOP to Trump? How hostile are they now?
