Black People walk around naked?
Black people should not be walking around naked at night. They should also wear light clothing.
I have stopped and told a couple of them in a nice way, that "I cannot see you, please be careful" on dark nights. Both times they sensed my concern, and my caution was well taken.

What about naked dark-skinned Hispanics, some of them are actually darker than mulattos?
