At first I think that would be shocking. But then I think back on how mueller has conducted this investigation, with the staff he hired and the things he has already done; And I just think, ya, mueller would do that.

or maybe it’s hopeful thinking on Brennan’s part, thinking that if a Trump member is on the ropes, nobody will pay any more attention to his dealings; otoh, if no indictment, then he’s back in the hot seat.
