A federal prosecutor laid out for a judge this week a plot where agricultural corporations and Juan Pablo Delgado -- the man at the defense table -- profited from a plot to supply them with a cheap, illegal labor force, leaving hundreds of migrant workers caught in the middle.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Woods said, in some cases, employees who couldn't legally work in the country were made to work in the dark as punishment for not working fast enough, were threatened with deportation and were forced to do cramped, painful work while Delgado made millions.
Woods said he conspired with corporate supervisors at several medium- to large-sized ag corporations to make it appear as though the workers were solely employed by him.

Is this an excerpt? Because it seems to leave out most everything we might want to know. Is there a link to an article?
Thank you.
The link is there I just failed to click the excerpt box. I’ll ping the mod.
I failed to click the ‘excerpt’ box, can you please correct?
Precisely why we need vigorous enforcement.
It’s not just ag companies, either.
Big home builders use many sub-contactors who in turn hire illegal aliens.
Verizon used a subcontractor to put in the FIOS in my neighborhood who hired Guatemalans.
Too bad we can’t prosecute Members of Congress who are keeping the border open and encouraging ever more human wave attacks.
It is RACIST to impose slave wages on LEGAL immigrants and minorities by EXPLOITING cheap, ILLEGAL workers!!
This is why we all know our motions of securing the border is a farce. If any of the whores or pimps in Congress were serious, all these companies would be subject to huge fines and/or forfeiture. But of course, repugnants and RATs alike, none are going to slow the cheap labor express.

I probably should care but I don’t.
Yep, the next thing will be Guatemalans
demanding reparations. A move supported
by the left.
But, but, but! Libtards and RINO’s are good with this. So where’s the problem?
Labor contractors is the way most illegals work now. The company getting the work done looks clean, if caught they claim they didn’t know they were illegals. The labor contractors are usually dual citizens and if caught will go back to Mexico before court date. Makes it hard to nail anyone for hiring/working illegals.
These labor contractors also often provide false documents to the illegals so gives everyone deniability. Basically the reality is most of them get away with providing false documents, and hiring illegals. Few get caught, and most that get caught can wiggle out by claiming they didn’t know they were illegals, or their documents were false.
