Primaries are all but useless considering that incumbents are returned more than 95% of the time.

The other ingredient is that RINO politicians are put there by RINO voters.

Until the voters' positions themselves change then not much changes.

I think we need to take a long hard look at voting machines. I doubt they are honest.
