A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a defamation suit filed by a woman who accused former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly of harassment. Rachel Witlieb Bernstein, a former Fox News producer, said in court that O'Reilly and Fox News defamed her in interviews they gave following her allegation that O'Reilly screamed at her, in addition to allegations from other colleagues, according to Variety.
O'Reilly claimed that he was the victim of "political and financial hit job" …(snip)
... U.S. District Judge Deborah Batts said that Bernstein did not prove that she suffered harm from statements made by O'Reilly or Fox, Variety reported.

I hope he would. With all of his faults his show was entertaining if nothing else. Would be nice to see Eric Boling back on The Five. Jury is still out IMO on Watters.

I stopped watching EVER when they went on and on for two years with nothing but Natalie Holloway and Scott Peterson.
A guy killed his wife. Sad. Happens all the time. Not national news
A girl went missing after partying with strangers. Sad. It happens. Not national news.
Even if he didn’t, I would not watch, but not because if him, I’ve stopped watching tv news and politics.

Switched from FNC to OAN wife doesn’t like OAN because it reminds her of the old days, but I love it, no opinion just news.
