Brit Hume said Democrats are moving away from Russian collusion and are trying to "figure out" how to get Trump on obstruction of justice.
"The search is on for something else really," Hume said on Monday's edition of 'Special Report' on FOX News. "They may try to figure out some kind of obstruction of justice charge but it appears they are moving away from collusion."
"There's only so much oxygen in the atmosphere at any given moment in politics," Hume said. And the Democrats are going to be sucking it all up with an endless round of investigations and these circus-like hearings like the one we had last week."
"It's not clear to me they can build a case that they will need to build to try to legislate or to be noticed legislating because all the reporting is going to be about something else," he added.

When they can’t find anything, they may well still succeed in getting rid of him. Trump named it himself, fatigue.
People will get so sick of hearing about it, they’ll vot for nearly anyone just to get rid of the annoyance.
I do have a question. All bills begin in the house. They set the budget and it goes through a process for approval. But are they authorized to spend that money themselves? Their job is supposed to be representation of the people. They aren’t the DOJ. Th ey screamed like raped apes at protecting Mueller and that investigation. Now they belittle him by insinuating he didn’t do the job after 10’s of millions of our money was spent? The civil rights violations inherent in their investigation should set them up nicely for major law suits!
You can't beat someone with no one. Who will win the Democrat nomination? That seems impossible to predict at this point. Maybe someone will generate enthusiasm among the base the way Bernie did in 2016, and Hillary may not be able to get the DNC to hand her the nomination again. I can't see any of the announced or likely-to-announce candidates being able to beat Trump, not after he has one person to target.
Of course, if it's close, the Democrats could win with voter fraud.
