I do hope that people who claim that there is NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PARTIES understand what’s going on with these votes:
Even our WORST RINOS, Murkowski and Collins, along with the dozen or so other Rinos ALL VOTED FOR HER.
PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT, before you hand the Democrats seats in the Senate by sitting out elections, out of ‘principle’.
Of course, there is quite a big difference between the parties, but it is also true that the worst RINOS, Collins and Murkowski, are less scrupulous when circuit court judges are voted on. If Allison Rushing were nominated for the Supreme Court and if there were even a small hint that she might overrule Roe v. Wade, they would be singing a different tune.
This is also a reason why Brett Kavanaugh was nominated for Anthony Kennedy’s seat instead of a “fire-breathing” originalist.
