The Democrats' investigations into people's associations are clearly a massive violation of their First Amendment protections.
It is unquestionable that the First Amendment was intended to prevent federal government retaliation for the things people say, or write, or with whom they associate.
President Trump hasn't given up his First Amendment protections. Somebody should remind Jerry Nadler that federally investigating President Trump over a joke is exactly what the first amendment was designed to prevent. Add to that investigating his associations and his tweets, and the Democrats are running 3 for 5 violating Trump's first amendment protections.
Someone needs to step up now and throw the unconstitutionality of this directly at Nadler, and tell him of "the whiff of fascism in the air."
